Customer Success Representative
Martin Luther King Jr said “If a man is called to be a street sweeper he should sweep streets as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause and say, ‘Here lived a great sweeper who did his job well.’”
However, we will not be talking about a street sweeper, but Amadie, a Customer Success Representative at PRODA. Amadie is obviously not a street sweeper and of course not male, but she does her job well. We can conclude the hosts of heaven and earth have paused and said it.
Amadie is not the regular lady; she believes in her dreams and work towards them. And she’s definitely not the regular customer service representative. You could see hers is ‘success’ not ‘service’. Amadie is actually concerned with the customers’ satisfaction. She often says her happiness is dependent on her customers’ happiness. And she is a happy fellow which means the customers are happy.
“Hello, good morning. My name is Amadie, PRODA Customer Success Representative, how may we be of service to you?” are regular words that come from her mouth. It’s almost as if she says them without thinking. She’s very consistent with the opening remark just like her smooth voice and smiles are consistent. Well, the customer cannot see the smile but one can sense the atmosphere of warmth when you speak with her.
After a good day’s job in sorting out orders and reaching out to delivery agents, Amadie heads to the staff table tennis to unwind. (All work without play would make her a dull lady). She is not good at the game. But that’s not a problem because she wasn’t employed to play tennis. She would often taunt her colleagues who win her with “If you are so good why haven’t you played in the Olympics?”
It’s all fun for Amadie but her work is enough to make life beautiful for people as PRODA’s customer services are topnotch. She is the type of worker that makes the hosts of heaven and earth pause; she is the type of worker you’d find at PRODA.
