And that’s where our Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) come in. They are always available to receive and work on orders, following them up until the agent delivers the product.
“What if there are questions or complaints?” They are still there to attend to the customers. The passion, joy and smile exhibited by these amazing talkers are indescribable.
