Many people define customer service as the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services. As we round off the Customer Service Week, let’s celebrate those who have always been about their customers.

Beyond our premium wristwatches and the gift items we package, one of the outstanding feature of PRODA is our emphasis on our customers. And that’s where our Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) come in. They are always available to receive and work on orders, following them up until the agent delivers the product.
“What if there are questions or complaints?” They are still there to attend to the customers. The passion, joy and smile exhibited by these amazing talkers are indescribable.
Our services are not just about talking but they also include providing contents for our socials and the blog. During the week, we uploaded “Congratulations” to kick off the week with celebrations. We also posted “Business Owner” to give you an idea of what we are doing with the PRODA Business.
